Lee LaFleur

The Benedictine College community extends condolences to the loved ones of Lee LaFleur. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I am friends with his brilliant daughter Jennifer who inherited his sense of fun and mischief. Every year for his birthday she'd be searching for some crazy thing that would make him laugh. My favorite was the hunt for a Bradford scale, the device they use in shoe stores to measure your feet. Visiting Loveland was a hoot because of Lee's off-the-wall word plays and his relationship with his beloved cat. I will remember him with a smile and I'm so sorry for the LaFleur family. Rosemary

Having lived across the street from Lee and gone to East High School with him, we were were good pals. We managed to get into mischief with our other friend Doug Alfred and enjoyed our growing up years. I will miss him and our annual correspondence every year.
