Not sure what to say?

It seems like just yesterday that we were sitting in briefing at South LA and Lee was giving us an "intelligence update". Rest in peace, my friend. We miss you. Dan Rosen

My condolences to all the family. May the God of all comfort be with you during your time of grief. ( 2 Cor. 3:1-5)

I met Lee through the yearly Stamp and Coin show in Bellingham and really enjoyed talking US coins with him. He will be missed.

Lee, you were the best thing that happened to my sis. You took on a lot and handled masterfully. Thanks for being a part of our family. Give Carol a hug from us. You will be missed.

With much thought and sadness, you are missed! What a tremendous man! No more pain, no more sorrows my friend. My thoughts now go out to your family, may GOD'S GRACE COMFORT YOU IN THIS DIFFICULT TIME.

I met Mr Minikus toward the end of his journey. Though you would of never known it. He was determined with tenacity to get up and walk again! I will remember his sense of humor, snarky remarks and quick wit! He made it a joy to come to work. When he left to go home,I felt like I was losing a friend but really I gained so much more than that from him! Rest in peace my friend and thank you for reminding me what my purpose in life is for.

I worked with Lee on the Patrol. He was dedicated and a hard worker but more than that a good man. We've lost a good friend.

Pop you were such a great mentor a great Dad and a great friend. I love you and will miss our time together. I am so happy that you are now dancing with Mom. Love you your son Kenny

I will always remember the years I worked with Lee at the South LA CHP office. As a young motor officer, I highly respected and admired Lee. There was never a dull moment while partnered up with him. Rest in Peace my brother Patrolman.
