Not sure what to say?

Time goes by so quickly, five years, Lee left a wonderful legacy on our mountain. Victor, you´ve done a wonderful job maintaining his memory.

I loved being one of his ski instructors. He even helped work on my son's Eagle project. Lee always acted like a friend and not a boss. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Lee Perry was a great man to all who knew him. He will be missed by all who knew him.

For years my Dad said "you just have to meet my friend Lee Perry that I know from MAC ... he is a great guy and Ski instructor at Timberline, you and he have probably whoosed right by each other on the hill many times. " When Jon Waldum introduced Lee to me several years ago I said "Ah hah, we finally meet!" After that we visited often in Govy. My Dad was right, Lee was such a nice man and is thought of often when making turns. Linn Haglund

Victor, Karen, Alexis & Erin- We're all thinking of you as mark this first anniversary of Lee's passing. We're all still treasuring our memories of Lee and the way he quietly led by example... deeply diving into life, sharing his positivity in all the places he went. He truly was a model for being the best that humanity can be--expressing himself with humor, kindness, and love for everyone he touched. We hope you're all are resting easy and finding more joy than sorrow, as you remember...

I remember Victors father, Mr. Perry, (mr. is what we called anyone older that us in the day) challenged me to tie my boots with one hand, cause someday you might need too. I still can. Thank you.

HE WAS ONE GUY THAT COULD KEEP YOU LAUGHING.

Lee was my great friend and mentor. He helped me gain a higher level of skiing ability in order to spend 22 years as a Powder Hound instructor. He will surely be missed by the thousands that were known by and associated with him. Truly one of a kind.

"Places You Are From"

You are from wildflowers and a flower patch in the middle of your driveway.
You joyously offer your pride in our community, enthusiastically planting gardens,
Which welcome friends and strangers alike, to Gov'y,
You invite all of us to see the beauty in our world.
The place you are from shows each of us...
