I have known Lee for about 10 years on Beaver Island. Recently my son Brody, and I were at his home- I'm a contractor, I was looking at a project for him on his home. Brody has an interest and trains; he could see the train cars sitting on the horizontal woodwork. Lee was very patient with my son and explained his passion for trains. We were in his home for a couple of hours, by the end of our meeting he grabbed one of his train cars and said please take this for your son, it's over 100...
