Not sure what to say?

I think of Lee often and miss our conversations about his books AVA and Handsome Johnny, and our hopes of seeing them made into movies. We came very close with AVA. I´m sure Lee is writing his biggest hit in heaven. Rest easy.

I just learned of Lee's passing. I'm shocked and sadden. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife Terri, his family and friends. I really enjoyed working with Lee. He was so smart, creative and funny. No doubt he's now catching up with Miss Ava Gardner and learning more antics about her. I will certainly miss our MANY many chats and working with you. Rest in Paradise my friend. xo

Lee's 1987 volume, "Screenwriter: Words Become Pictures," contributed immeasurably to American cinematic history.
