Not sure what to say?

I remember "Uncle" Lee fondly. He grew up with my dad and they attended the Citadel together. Uncle Lee was very special to my siblings and me when we were young. He traveled overseas often for work and would bring us back wonderful souvenirs from Europe. He was such a very kind man.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

To the family of Lee Smoak, so sorry for your loss. May God's promise found in John 6:40, of the hope to see our loved ones again, comfort your heart and give you peace, strength, and hope in the days ahead.

Mr. Smoak was the single largest reason I ended up at The Citadel. He was a great man and touched countless lives!

Lee Smoak was a legend among Citadel Men! Very few grads equaled lee in his love for The Citadel, or in his accomplishments of guiding young men during their Citadel careers. You will be missed, my friend!

The greatest generation. Thank you sir, for your courage, sacrifice and service to country. May God richly bless your family and friends with peace during this difficult time. Rest easy.

I am so sorry for the sadness you are feeling now. Please be assured that our Heavenly Father understands your pain. He is a God of compassion and through prayer, you will receive the peace that he gives the broken-hearted ones. (Luke 1:78,79)
