I just stumbled upon the sad news about Kuya Peping´s passing. That `s what I call him when I come to visit at their home in San Sebastian Village in Tarlac every summer. I am one of the younger cousin my father is Fel Punsalan the youngest brother of Pedro Punsalan. Although I have been here in the states since 1976 I never had the opportunity to see Kuya Peping and his family. I am so proud of him on what he had accomplished. Heartfelt condolences to his surviving family.
