During the depression the family moved to Central California, primarily Hanford. Throughout his school years, Lehman loved sports, excelling in basketball and baseball. In retirement he substitute taught, sold real estate, delivered meals on wheels, and packed boxes for Disaster Relief. Lehman was a member of North Boulevard Church of Christ.

Not sure what to say?

Soon to be 3 years since Bro Hall left us on May 11th. Just 10 days later, on May 21st, my Daddy, Wayne Hemingway left us to join Lehman and many others in Paradise. These two Godly men held a bond in service to our Lord during their days together in Alabama. In some ways it seems impossible it is only 3 years ago. In other ways it seems forever. Much love to the Hall family during these days of special remembrance.

Much love to you all. What wonderful memories I have of him and you girls! He always made me feel so very important and welcome. Jesus, welcome him as he welcomed others!

What a positive spirit he was and that spirit remains with all who knew him. I will be making a gift to Ouachita University in my cousin's Lehman's name to the Shelby Seabaugh Memorial fund (how Lehman would have loved this college student who died far too soon). God bless all who knew and loved him.

Fond memories of a great man of God and knowledgeable coach. I love recalling his biblically oriented pep talks before games.
Rest In Peace Coach.
Love you,
Dan Coburn

My heart goes out to Robyn Gayla and Tara during this sad time. I wish I could attend the funeral - my mother and brother will be there representing me and our family and giving hugs from themselves and from me. Love you guys. Deanna Partlow Doney

So sad to learn of Bro. Hall's passing. I have wonderful memories of him and and my years at Madison County Bible School (MA) in Huntsville. I was fortunate to see him in recent years at one of our school reunions.

Keith says he has a lot of good memories of Lehman and his days in Portland, OR. He was a great person and we consider it a privilege to have known him. Blessings on you Robyn and your family.

Lehman was one of the "Good Guys!" I have many great memories of times together at Columbia Christian, usually talking about this and that, listening to his great stories, and watching his teams participate above their heads - did I mention talking? Oh yes, his chapel talks while he hitched his pants up with his elbows at the same time he was gesturing with his hands. One of my favorite fellow workers in a great project.

See you soon, Lehman.

Lehman Hall was one of the best teachers I ever had at Madison Academy. He was a "Gentle Giant" of a man. I never knew a student who didn't love him.
My prayers are with the family.
