SEARCY-– Orvilline "Leigh" Phillips (Clayton), age 83, passed away peacefully on Sept. 12, 2025, in Searcy. She was born to Quillo and Johnnie Loueva Clayton on June 8, 1942, in Caraway. She was a longtime member of the First Assembly of God church in Searcy.
