I called Leigh "Sensi" because she was my writing instructor and mentor. She taught me much and was always willing to answer questions about my struggles with writing. Thanks to her gift of teaching and mentoring, I completed a memoir of my father's experiences in Japan and Korea during World War II and the Korean Conflict. I'll forever be grateful for her help.
