Leigh Truex

I was so sad to learn of Leigh's passing. I met her a number of years ago at the North Beach Fair, when I was volunteering for the SPCA and her booth was near us. My first taste of her pickles brought back fond memories of the deli we frequented growing up. I found her phone number and after that, a couple of times a year, I would call and pick up pickles from her. We'd meet in the lobby of her building and talk about restaurants, what it took to make the pickles and lots of other things....
