Last night, I dreamed of Caroline. She was on the other side and so, so beautiful! She is watching over all those she loved with her sweet cheshire smile and gorgeous hair. She was happy and flowing as an angel...beautiful. Bill, she is especially watching over you and loves you so. Kathy Coy/Taos, NM

Caroline was a ray of sunshine. Retreats won't be the same without her. She was one of those rare people who always left a smile in your heart as well as on your face.

Woman so warm, woman so caring,
woman so fierce, unyielding, focused,
beautiful, beautiful woman.
Forever you remain in our hearts the depth
and breadth
and height of the woman so easy to love.

Everytime I hear the classic Neil Diamond hit song "Caroline" (actual name "Touching You, Touching Me) I have always thought of the Caroline Rigdon I encountered at T. L. Marsalis Elementary in Oak Cliff. Hey, the song was first a hit while we both were in school there in the early and mid-sixties. I treasure memories now of seeing Caroline again at a few of the Rat Packs over the first half of this decade. My life stands blessed for having known Caroline all those decades ago and in...
