Lee had a great love for dogs, dog shows, and good dog people. He will be remembered by the many dog people that knew him. I knew Lee for over 50 years and he was always ready and willing to help when you needed it. I will never forget after my home was destroyed in the flood of 1978, Lee and our friend Paul Grote used their carpenter skills and made my house livable again and in better shape than before the flood. You have our condolences on Lee's passing, we will always remember him as a good man, who loves the family and has worked all his life...enjoyed his dogs and family gatherings. We had our first Thanksgiving dinner in our new basement with him and the family. And, it was a very special meal to us, he will be missed. Lee was a business associate and friend for over 25 years. He was always optimistic,rarely complained,very intelligent and had a good sense of humor. We shared a lot of good times together in business and socially. I was privileged to know him.
