Not sure what to say?

Hey Dr. Karen Olson,
I am praying for you and your family. May peace be with you in your times of needs. May Blessings flow on you and your family.

Karen, Nancy and David...I want you to know that some of the most favorite people in all my years in Omaha were your parents. Not only were they wonderful neighbors, they were dear friends and almost like having them as parents. They were smart, bright, funny, entertaining, sometimes exasperating :) but very faithful and loyal to whomever and whatever they supported. They loved all of you and the grandkids so much and they leave quite a legacy to all of us and especially to Omaha. You can be...

Nancy and Family,
My deepest condolences on the death of your father. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Thank you Dr. Olson for being there for all seven of my mother's pregnancies. I know for sure that my brother and I would not have made it without you. You were a wonderful man and doctor. Prayers for the family.

Dr. Olson took care of my mother many years ago and navigated her through a difficult time with such care and compassion. She made it through with his excellent care and lived a long and happy life as a result. He was my doctor as well for a time, and I always respected his skill and professionalism. I was saddened to hear of his passing.

As a child, I learned from my mother that Dr. Leland Olson delivered me at the old Immanuel Hospital in north Omaha "at supper time and after two false alarms" in early June 1951. It was not until I was well into adulthood after returning home from many years away from Omaha that I learned what a stellar and giving man Dr. Olson actually was. I only wish I had met with him in person for a second time! I extend my most sincere sympathy to his remaining family.

Karen, our deepest sympathy on the death of your Dad. He was an Omaha institution, a fine man, and a boy from Palmyra.

Our thoughts are with you and we would like to express our sympathy on Lee's passing. We know his health was poor for sometime, but it is still a difficult time. His, and the Olson's family support of Women's Health Care has been phenomenal. I can't say enough about my appreciation for his encouragement and support of me. McClure L. Smith
