Not sure what to say?

Jim was my Amateur Radio mentor. He gave me my novice and technician tests. Used to meet him at the LakeErie boat anchors radio events. Also Jim worked my dad at Reliance Electric. I will miss Jim Don Kocsis

I knew Jim as both an amateur radio operator and the hardware store guru. His smile and hellos will be missed. He was a great guy. My condolences to his family. He will not be forgotten.

I am Jim's son Leland. The visitation & funeral had to be postponed until November 27th & 28th due to an illness in the family. The obituary has ben updated but the "Events" section does not reflect these changes. If you would like to attend the visitation it is from 4pm - 7pm on Sunday, November 27th at Zeis-McGreevey Funeral Home in Lakewood, Ohio The funeral will be held at 10am on Monday, November 28th at the Rocky River Methodist Church. Sorry for any confusion, and thank you...

Although mostly people brought in lamps, Jim rewired all kinds of random junk. I learned a lot from working with him, and I'll always remember slow nights shooting the breeze about all sorts of stuff. RIP Jim. He...

Jim will be missed by everyone who stopped in at both Ingersoll and Ace stores. His vast knowledge of all things electrical combined with his endless supply of so bad they were good puns was a fixture at both places for years. Thanks for many good memories Jim.
