Lelia was a lovely lady. I will always remember "Mrs Howard"as the upbeat & always happy Mom of my good friend, growing up in Lynn. Her joy of life and tireless volunteer work was amazing. She will be missed by many. My sincere & heartfelt condolences to her wonderful family.
