Someone once said,"To live in the hearts of those we leave behind is to never die." Dr.Lemuel Taylor was my principal at St. Elmo High School. He was a kind gentleman, a positive role model, well respected and made a real difference in the lives of so many students.May his legacy continue to inspire generations to come and may you find solace in the words of the psalmist,"when my heart is overwhelmed lead me to the rock that is higher than I."

Mrs. Taylor, I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers go out to you and your family. Dr. Taylor was a very nice person.

I attended THS when Mr Taylor was the Principal. We felt so safe and we new that we were loved. He and Mr Buskey were like parents to us. Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always. King-Blakely Family
