RIP Len Dawson ✝!
I am a fan of QB Len Dawson. This legendary QB made history in his NFL career with his career with the Dallas Texans and they moved to Kansas City, which became the Kansas City Chiefs. He played in the first super bowl, yes first super bowl against Green Bay. Then KCC played in super bowl 4 and he delivered the title to Kansas City in victory!
I remember watching that super bowl on tv as a child and I remember praying to God through Christ asking when the Chiefs...

I in Super Bowl 1v I was only 12 years old. He was on of the Great ones,Hank Stream was the Head coach both of this men were Hall of Famers

to the Dawson family..there is a big hole in the heart of Kansas City. Len put Kansas City on the map leading the Chiefs to a huge upset win over the Vikings in Super Bowl IV.He will always be remembered by me because of his sportsmanship,his work on Inside the NFL,and Kansas City youth sports with his work on Channel 9. Len brought honor and class to his work.Rest in peace Len #16!

I had the pleasure of playing golf with Len many times in Myrtle Beach. We were part of a group called "Rusty Duffers". Was just a regular one of the guys who was a friend to all of us. I will never forget our friendship Len! RIP # 16 Bill Hyde

Len Dawson was the first quarterback I saw play. I became a fan in the 1971 season. I thought he was a good QB and a good teammate. I will always remember him as the guy who made me love football.
