I still miss Len or, as I knew him, Sion. I think of him often. I miss Cal, too, from the days of MUDs but hopefully he's still alive.

I just found out that Len was dead a few moments ago via CCC broadcast.. I finally found out why he stopped Iming me, we had gotten in the habit the last few weeks before his death and had renewed our friendship after a lull of many years .. I was looking forward to seeing Len again.. He was one of the bright stars of the world he and I inhabited... I will miss him (kelly goen - publisher PGP 1.0 submitted via tor)

My last conversation with Len back in 2010 lasted from midnight until 4am burns in my memory: he had a complex and brilliant mind that loved intensely, thought deeply - and in lighter moments, laughed with great joy.
Find your peace, Len - you are loved and admired by far more people than you'd imagine - and we all feel the pain of your absence.

Len was awesome. I worked a bit with him on pgp4pine as a young man, and he was super supportive and encouraging. RIP Len.
