We had so many years of late nights at the "Star", trips here & there, vacations, house visits, phone conversations, we shared so much time together. Life is so short & I am so glad I was able to share yours for almost 30 years. Will miss talking to you on the phone, but I know you were tired, so rest in peace my friend, you will always be remembered in my heart

I'll never forget all the laughs, vacations, parties, dinners, lunches, holidays & memories we've shared. Before I knew it you became family. I'll miss the sound of your laugh & your smile. Rest in Peace "Lena-Bena" I'm so glad we had those times together. "Dawnie Mae"

Our prayers go out to Benn, Tykisha and Nikki. Lena was such a joy in the office at Star Ledger. My husband Mark never complained about Lena. She was a stellar employee, often staying late and working with her supervisor to ensure the Classified Dept was going to meet its deadline. What a pleasure to have met her to know that she had my husband's back at all times while he was her supervisor. Thansk Lena for being a part of our lives.
