Not sure what to say?

Hello, Skip, Karen, Kathe, Stevie, For some unknown reason, I looked up your mom´s name on Google tonight and saw that she had passed on about a year ago. I was sorry to learn this a year late, but want you to know how fondly I remember your mom and dad. Jud and I will be married 45 years in April and remember fondly your parents hosting our wedding breakfast for our two families. We did it the old fashion way where the groom and bride didn´t see each other before the wedding so your...

I just came upon this news months after Lee´s passing. She was a very good friend. We enjoyed our little adventures in Chicago and a few operas as well. She was a great support for Wilmette Community Nursery School even after her retirement. She provided wisdom and flexibility as she helped me, through many challenges. A truly great lady ..many fond memories of Mrs Borre..may she rest in peace .....

Dear lee's Family, Sorry to read about your mom's death. There are so many "Schiller Street" memories. She had such a great smile and laugh. And ,Skipper, I never knew you had another name.

Lee was a wonderful mentor for all children. The love she shared started them off on the right path to life with high values and a love of learning. Our three children loved "Mrs. Borre" and their years at WCNS. We are grateful for our friendship with her.

Lee was an amazing and kind person. She was an inspiration to so many children and teachers and an integral part of the lives of so many Wilmette families. She was a true mentor and a loving friend. I have only wonderful memories of the time and conversations she and I shared. We send our sympathy and regards to the Borre family.
