Lena Brewbaker

Lena and Bove were wonderful neighbors of the Egan family for many years. Lena was such a sweet person-always ready to sit for a chat on her porch or in the kitchen. She was a Godsend to me when I spent the summer of 2010 in Enola getting my parents settled in a nursing home, and emptying the house. She gave me priceless advice, and many pep talks; she helped make a sad task bearable. I will never forget her kindness. Rest in Peace Lena. Love Janis

It was sad to read of the passing of Lean, both her and Bove were our neighbors for many years on Pine St. They both were the nicest people you could meet, we had many visits and conversations at her house sitting outside on her swing, and she always offered us something to eat, I know God has a new Angel because she was one, my thoughts are with the entire family in this sad time, sending love from Larry, Sue & Kris

I so loved your mom, there are not enough words to ever express how wonderful she was - walking into her home always warmed my heart. My parents said numerous times how God blessed them with not only the greatest daughter in-law (Alise) in the world but also with Lena, Bove and the entire Brewbaker family, they loved you all so much. Your mom did so much for my family - in so many ways - it was a lifetime of love - always sending delicious homemade meals and her Texas sheet cake...

Rest in peace my I already miss you. You were a great friend and neighbor. No one could take your place.
