Miss Lena was a very stable influence in our office through the years and could be counted on to be sure everything ran smoothly -- she even assisted in the transition from one generation of David's to the next. Jenny,Ronnie,& Lynn please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of your mother. She was a very special friend to my mother, Agnes Daigle,in their younger days and she was always a big part of helping us prepare food for bridal showers and wedding receptions. When my mother passed away your mom came to me and talked about all the good times she and mom had together. Your Mother was a wonderful lady and always willing to help. Miss Lena, as we always referred to her, was a dear friend and loyal employee of my mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Kermit David. She was always a supportive and calming influence to those around her and had a smile for us as we visited and worked in our store. I also remember that Miss Lena was there to help us celebrate special times in our family's life, such as my Dad's 80th birthday party. She was a very special lady and we are all better for having known her.
