Not sure what to say?

I remember being in church with Lena and her Whitney family many years ago. It was a small wood frame church building on the west side of Blytheville -- Gateway Tabernacle.
I thought Lena was a beautiful lady. We also shared the same name.

My Aunt Lena never forgot my birthday! She was always the first to reach out to me during troubled times to let me know that no matter what, I was loved.! I will miss my Aunt and feel the world is a little less bright without her.Love to Uncle Haold & Scotty, Dana & Bradley.

Whitney family, I am so sorry to hear of Lena's passing. She fought a good fight and the Lord was ready for her to come home. I know how you are feeling. I've lost a mom, a brother, a sister, a grandmom, a spouse. It's not easy but the Lord will guide you through. You know where she is now and free of pain. Know that I am praying for you. Wish I lived close enough to be there but Chris is there and I'm glad that he can represent Kevin and me. Love all of you.

My earliest memories of Lena goes back to my early childhood. We lived in Blytheville and the Middletons lived in Gosnell. I loved to spend the night with them - those were the days that all three of us (Lena, Shirley and me) slept in one bed. We would giggle and scratch each other's back before falling asleep. I loved watching the middleton cousins jitterbug in their living room. There was always so much laughter and fun at their house. Due to distance our adult visits were far apart,...
