Lenor Ward Obituary
Lenor Jean Ward died on May 30, 2016. She is survived by her brother; Robert Edwards of Montgomery, her nephews and nieces; Paul Edwards of New Mexico, Kenny Edwards of California, Bonnie Jean Gallimore of Virginia, Cathie Lynn Gisi (Art) of Arizona, Donna Jean Huff (Jake) of Oregon, Diann Millar of Verbena, AL, Rickie Allen of Athens, AL, Danny Millar (Sandra) of Calera, AL as well as countless great nephews, nieces and friends. A devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Jean Ward was preceded in death by her parents; Daniel Benjamin Ward and Neva Valera Ward, her sister; Jeri Miller and her sister-in-law, Inez Ward. On line condolences may be shared at www.whitechapel-greenwoodfh.com. Visitation and Memorial Service will be held at White Chapel Funeral Home on Friday night, June 3 from 6:00-8:00 pm and Saturday Morning, June 4 at 10:00 am.

Aunt Jean was always such a joy to be around. She got me so tickled with the stories she'd tell. I loved her as though she were my own aunt. In fact, I was closer to her than I am to any of my own aunts and uncles. She's a part of my eternal family. Love you, Aunt Jean. Till we meet again.....

My Aunt Jean was truly a second Mother to me. I loved going to the dairy farm every summer when I was growing up. As I grew older, the times we had together were magical. She was such a hoot! Our family will grieve the loss of our very own "Ethel". She has joined her cohort in fun, "Lucy", her beloved sister and my Mother, Jerri. I'm pretty sure the Spirit World is experiencing the hijinks of these two crazy women; our family's Lucy and Ethel. We miss you with all our hearts and look forward to being reunited again some day. There is no way to express how deeply your loss is felt! We love you with all our hearts!
