I am very sorry for your loss. May the God of comfort be with you during this difficult time. (Ps. 83:18)

I enjoyed knowing your mother. She was a nice lady and easy to talk to. She gladly shared with me the figs and pears from the trees around her house on Madrid. My mother was from Alabama too (Roanoke) and died at age 93 in January 2014. I miss her as I'm sure you miss Femie. We left Universal City and moved into my mother's house later in 2014.

My deepest condolences to the family and Thank You Ron and Susie for introducing me to Lenora who was sweet, kind and wonderful!

Don and Femie were close friends of Betty and myself. They both helped a lot of people, including myself. I know the Lord must have a special place for both of them. The family has my condolences during this trying time.
