LEO H. BENDER

We ad our condolences to the family of former mayor Leo Bender that we had for 18 years he always put the Community First and all his constituents he was a very religious and faithful man to Assumption Church he went to Daily Mass and prayed every day as he said for our community he will be greatly missed the Murphy sisters.

Leo was a GOOD man. It was pleasure to work with him. Always a supporter for the safety services. Mel and I send our sincere condolences to the family. Fred Carmichael Chief BHPD (Retired)

Deepest sympathies to Judy, Julie, and family. Leo was a wonderful man. A true gentleman and gentle man. I enjoyed working with him on comparable city issues. His only goal was to make things better for all. He will truly be missed.

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Leo. I will remember him fondly as one of the finest men I've had the honor to work for. May he rest in peace and all of you know he will be missed by many. I am so sorry I won't be able to express my condolences in person as I will be out of tow n, but know all of you are in my prayers.
