Not sure what to say?

Leo, I was Phil's roommate for a few years and always enjoyed when you would come visit. We had many a beer out by the pool and laughed at all kinds of silly things. Now both you and Phil are gone and that part of my life with you. Thank you for being a friend. You were a ray of sunshine in my life and I know Phil loved you tremendously.

Leo Carlin. The first guy I knew that wore "Beatle boots" in 1964. 8th grade trendsetter.....tough guy. RIP.

Leo, When I moved to Phoenix in '74 you introduced me to "real" Mexican food and the beauty of the desert. Although I moved back to Memphis 2 years later I have treasured your letters, especially your funny birthday and Christmas cards over the past 35 years. My mailbox seems empty now, knowing no more will come. Rest well my dear friend.

It's now time for me to snatch the pebbles from your hand and move forward and mentor others.you were the original "dude" way before it was cool.I just hope I can inspire society as much or even half as you did and still do.That will be a task. No tears, just good times. Your family of friends put together one good time for you and you will live on through all of us. You in your own special...

" LEAVE - A - MESSAGE !!! " with the big guy up there by puttin in a good word for me..

Leo, I agree with Joel that you were the best down-range fire marshall ever. I always knew it was going to be a good time when you showed up. I'm sure today will be no exception. I'll still be looking for you at every gathering, till we meet again down-range. Serelle

We'll miss you, Leo - there never was a better Down Range Fire Marshall! Your smile and steady ways have been an inspriation!

Senor Leo...aka "Easy"
Knowing you, from the seventeen year old boy to the man you became, has been the deepest and most enduring honor of my life. You are a sterling soul of vast proportions, polished over time to a beacon of kindness and generosity to all who saw your light. We shared so much, as we intermittently but consistently traveled life's path together, so many "first" experiences for me, you always the guru, guiding and cheering me on. Thank you, for so much, but especially...
