Not sure what to say?

Dear Neil,
So sorry and sad to see that your dad had passed. I will always remember my first venison steak and his love of hunting. He was a gentleman and a great dad. Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Mary,
I will always remember Leo as hiring me when I needed to get away form a job that was killing me. We worked so well together- even under tough circumstances. He was always a believer in creativity and hard work. THe easy things were not fun or worth doing. Without him, the Institute Woods, Baldpate Mountain and Mercer County Park Northwest would never have been preserved.
We will miss him.

Mary & Leo's Children,

We'll miss "Captain Leo' on the tennis courts. He was a fighter to the end and an inspiration to our group.

Joe Kowalski, John Boyd, Bob Blazer, Bill Timlen, Bud Lyle, Mike Gavenda, Rudy Prechter and Dave Plucinky.

Please accept my sincere condolences. Leo was an unsung hero in the preservation of Baldpate Mountain. I will always remember his patience and calm demeanor during the nearly decade-long struggle to preserve that precious gem.

I am sad that Leo has passed on. Leo and I were fellow down-hill skiers back in the late 1970's and 1980's and he was a very accomplished "Expert" Black diamond skier. My memories of our trips together to Elk Mountain are as fresh today as they were then. Good Bye, You Great, skillful athlete.
