Not sure what to say?

Father Leo was an inspiration in my grammar school days at St. George Parish that carried me through life, always connected with God and the church, even in my darkest days. I still think of him to this day and admire all that he did and all that he was.

Fr. Leo,

How can one put into words the immense impact one person has left on another? When words can't be found, how do we describe it? For me, Uncle Leo, you are that beautiful light we hear so much about. Though I've never seen it, I believe it to be truly captivating with peace and unconditional love. Even though you became family to me through marriage, I "adopted" you as my own because ever since that very first day I met you, at Mem Maynards house one Christmas, I have...

Dear Uncle Leo,

Thank you for filling our lives with your very own special grace. Always there for us with your compassionate ways, you've seen us through our celebrations and our heartaches. Your down to earth realness was something that we loved the most. From the sacraments all the way to hanging out with family, you taught us every step of the way. Even in your final days, you had so much to give. The everlasting gifts you brought to the table are truly beyond measure, we...

A prayer to Fr. Leo,

It has been 20 days since you left this earth to join God, Uncle Ned, Theresa, John, Al and so many family and friends. Your name and your goodness continues to fill the air by so many people. There are lots of 'Fr. Leo' stories and you have certainly made a mark in each of our hearts.

We all know that you are sitting along side God and we pray that you watch over 'your people'... you are missed so much and loved even more.

Thank you for...

Uncle Leo,

As my Dad once wrote me,"We meet many people in this life as we go thru it. Some will fill minutes, others hours, and some a year or two. And then there are a precious few who touch a place deep within one's spirit and whom we know without a doubt will visit that special place again. You, Uncle Leo, are one of these special people to me and our family. This note is sent to you today with love, just to let you know how very much we care and will always cherish all the...

I heard of his passing today. I will never forget "Father Leo" He was such a kind hearted man! I was a young girl when he was at Notre Dame Parish in Pittsfield. What memories I have of him! Father Leo will always hold a very special place in my heart. To his entire family my thoughts and prayers are with you all ! God bless!

Uncle Leo,

We are so thankful for every minute we had the pleasure of sharing with you. With every year that passed you were only mindful of the fullness of our lives and always encouraged us to become the people we were meant to be. Looking back now, even at our last meeting you were teaching us a lesson...."watch what you pray for, God just might surprise you". Please know we won't forget, we will pray, and we will choose our prayers wisely.

You will forever be...

I had the pleasure to know Monsignor Leclerc only briefly but I quickly grew to admire him as a religious and as a man.He is another apostle of Jesus gone to Heaven.Mary Russell RN
