Leo W. Little Jr.

I always planned to get together with Leo sometime when I visited Austin. I waited too long. But Leo was a good online friend. He was always sharing; never taking credit. He did more for DNA and Little surname research in a few years than had been done in tens of years. The Little researchers and genealogists in general will greatly miss him.

I met Leo back in the seventies and was impressed with his keen intelligence and quick mind but far above these admirable qualitities was his character. A more honorable man I've never known. The world needs more Leo Little's, not less.

Leo and I will forever be blood- brothers, as we best pals as we grew up together on Oakmont. We had some great times together and great stories to tell. I am profoundly saddened by Leos' death. Good-bye old friend.
