David,

I am sorry to hear about the passing of your father in 2011. He was a great officer and leader. My father passed in 2017 and it seems like yesterday. I came across of photo while we were at AMS with one, two, and three-star generals with us. My Dad was waiting for his second star at the time. If I'm able to upload the photo here, I will. The photo is of your father, then you, then my father, Brig Gen Francis Hazard, then me, 2nd Lt Valerie Hazard, and then Brig Gen...

Our Air Force still needs the wisdom of our beloved Lt Gen Marquez.... more than ever. Sylvia, Jim and Helen. Just found this in an effort to get back in touch. Leo helped me greatly when I was a young U.S. Senate staffer by helping me establish the U.S. Senate Air Logistics Coalition. He was good to me and great for our country. Luben Montoya 202 253 4527.
