Not sure what to say?

I'm sorry to hear about Leo. Leo would be my great uncle. I am Paul Mullin's (Leo's brother) grandson. I met Leo in the mid 90's at my grandparents house. I do remember chatting it up with him about golf while grilling out steaks that evening. He was a lot of fun getting to know. In reading his obituary and I remember him talking about playing against Arnold Palmer in college it is easy to see where all of the Mullin's love affair with golf comes from cause my grandpa Paul loved the game...

Patti, I am so sorry to hear of Leo's passing. I have certainly enjoyed working with you both for so many years. A call with him always put a smile on my face as it was usually 3 minutes of business and another 20 of just swapping stories. My heart goes out to you and your family. in the short time i knew my grandfather leo i had admired him and learned from every word he said with his thunderous voice and some of the last words he said to me was that every day if i went my way to help someone or become their friend, by the time a week or month had passed that i will have made many strong relationships. and so far HE WAS RIGHT
and though we will have lost him in this world we will always be able to see him in the next. as one of his many friends said "hes teaching...

Your deep voice and mere presence commanded respect, u were good to me as a kid. And dont forget the irish whiskey u gave us when we were going hunting in the woods you were kind enough to give us permission. You were a great, great guy.

I met Leo and Patti probably 30 years ago. While I saw him only a couple of times a year, he would give a big hug. It was always good to hear his stories. He was genuine. Jeff LawsonLawsondd

We have lost a dear friend and gentleman. The golfing gods must be crying this day.
The Masters and The Open will not be the same without a cheery phone call from Leo proposing a friendly wager on the outcome.
Our sincerest condolences to Patti and the entire family.
