Not sure what to say?

Dear Leo was a bright shining light of faith and joy when I served as his pastor at Redeemer Lutheran. I got to know him over the course of 13 years, especially with visits in his home when Dolores was homebound. His easy going nature was a blessing and witnessed greatly the abiding presence if Christ in his life. Many memories exist in regards to Leo and the friendship we kept. He even visited me not long after I arrived here in Winnipeg. I pray for your family that the days ahead will be...

I met Leo outside Rosedale and always with a cigarette which I began teasing him about. I would be there visiting my mum and Leo and I would share a few words and later on a hug. I will remember him as a kind and gentle man and it is with sadness to learn of his passing. May your memories bring much joy and happiness as you mourn his loss. Madeleine Browne

Blessings to all of you.

Some of my fondest memories growing up were with Uncle Leo. I especially enjoyed our summer camping trips, hunting and fishing with our families. I will always cherish those special times and remember you fondly. Rest easy.

I have many fond memories of Leo and will especially treasure those Sunday morning breakfasts at the Argll Casino where I tagged along with my Mom, Dad and Leo. A joy to know.

Sincere condolences to his loving family. I picture him up there in heaven playing the slots with Dolores and my Dad! Hope they hit a few jackpots!!

Love, Terry Ann Diachok

Uncle Leo you were always such a bright spot at family gatherings and throughout your life. I love you and will miss your spirit. I'm happy to know you are reunited with Auntie Delores.

On behalf of Rosedale Senior's Living, we offer our deepest sympathies to the family.

My condolences to the Nault family. I only knew Leo as the very kind, happy guy who could often be found smoking outside the living complex where my mother-in-law lives. He always had a smile and a kind word to share. A lovely man.

My heartfelt condolences to the family. It is an absolute honor to have known Leo. I have wonderful memories of his gentleness and kindness.
