Not sure what to say?

I have known Leo since 1958 when I was a teenager and he and my father Paul W. Durbin first began to work on various PR projects together, my father being in San Francisco and Leo, of course, based in Los Angeles. Eventually in the 70s and early 80s my father worked for Leo's firm. I have never known such a compassionate and generous man in the many circumstances and challenges of his wide ranging business and social experience. I spoke to him regularly on his birthday and Jewish holidays...

Our Deepest Sympathies to you and your family . Leo was a dear friend of my parents (Ken and Kate Froelich) and have many fond memories our times together while visiting Los Angeles. I spoke to your Dad about 2 years ago and we had such a nice conversation with a few laughs too! He embodied everything good: loved his wife, his family, hard working, fair and always spoke kindly of others. He was one of a kind and will not be forgotten. God Bless Him, Lynda and Frank Gruver

Leo was such a gem! He and Howard helped to establish me in the Los Angeles culinary world, providing guidance and opportunity above and beyond. Will miss our spirited conversations, lasting through his 104th year. Thoughts out to Leo's family and friends.
