Leo Latham Ponsar passed away peacefully Sept. 24 at the age of 88.A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 4, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Oelwein with burial immediately following at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Hazleton. His family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m....
