One Flop! TEN ACES!! It's only money... Love you Leo! Thank you for being my friend.

After Leo being gone now these 5 years, I remember him as vividly as ever. He was an excellent business partner, and as a friend we shared many experiences together. Thanks largely to him Vesuvio continues to thrive, and memories of him at the bar will always be with me. Ron Fein, CEO Vesuvio

Aloha Leo! Have been thinking about you often lately! Pleased to see your smiling face wearing such a cool hat (as always a had or a cap). So pleased to see your photo here. I know you just loved me taking your pictures of you! Love You Man! Charlie

He was generous and fun loving, but he didn't suffer fools. He was a great person to have in my life because he kept me honest while also always being supportive. I can't make it to his funeral...

Just heard today from my old friend Detlef Eymer that Leo passed away. I knew Leo since 1974 when I came to San Francisco as a young immigrant from Germany! I met him at Vesuvios and right away he was speaking German to me! Made me feel like home! Taught me how to play liars dice! Almost won the annual tournament, but lost to Ron Fein RIP in the final! Gave me lots of advice how to survive in North Beach! Loved him! Just today onNew Year's Eve called up Detlef to wish him a happy New Year,...
