Leo E. Sicard

Leo was born on February 16, 1926 and passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017. Leo was a resident of New Castle, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. He also attended high school in Northhampton, MA. At the age of 17 Leo enlisted with the U.S. Navy on March 14, 1943 and served as a Fireman First Class on the U.S.S. Iowa until his discharge on March 2, 1947. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00 pm until the time of the Memorial Service at 4:00 pm in the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home, Inc. and Cremation Services with Rev. R. Tod Custer officiating. Inurnment will be at the Slippery Rock Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Leo's name may be made to the American Legion Post #157.
