Our condolences and deepest sympathy goes out to the entire Wright Family. Your family provided my family with help and support during our deployments for which we are greatly appreciated. I had the pleasure of serving as his Navigator on the Webster. He was A Commanding Officer respected and admired by the entire crew. Occasionally we met in the library or high school pool and reminisced of the old times. "Fair Winds, and Following Seas", my shipmate.

Leo and I shared command of USS Daniel Webster (SSBN626). At each exchange of command I know I was entrusting the ship to an outstanding officer. Well Done, Leo

Fran, you cannot possibly know how often I have thought of you. And now I read of Leo's passing. I am so very sorry. Remember our fun times together and I hope those memories will sustain you through Leo's loss. He was a fine man and a kind neighbor to me.
