Not sure what to say?

Erik and Keith- I didn't know but I loved your mom like a sister. Know that you are in my prayers.-
Angela

I came to know Ms. Adams during my sophomore year in high school at Van Horn (2003). To say that she had a passion and genuine concern for her students would be an understatement. Because of this love she had, she and I shared a special bond and kept in touch well after high school. She encouraged me to resume my schooling; as I am currently doing. I will indeed miss her as I am sure everyone who knew her will.

Lee was my good friend. She helped me so much my first years of teaching. She was always there for her fellow teachers and I know she developed special bonds with her students. She lovingly talked about her sons and beautiful granddaughter My heart is filled with sadness.

For the short time I was lucky enough to get to know Lee, I fell in love with her, what a beautiful precious spirit, she has touched my heart and I will never forget her, she will be greatly missed. RIP my friend, see you on the other side. xoxo

I had the GREAT priviledge to work with Lee at East High School.
Lee, was an AWESOME educator, co-worker and friend. My heart is heavy with sorrow for she will be missed dearly.
Earth lost a gem.
Heaven gained a Saint!
May God Bless, Lee's loving family and dear freinds.
Peace,

Even though I knew Lee for only six years, I felt as though she'd been my friend my whole life. I, and so many others, have lost a warm, witty, caring "mom" and confidante. Rest in peace, dear Lee.

What an amazing woman she was ......her passing leaves a huge hole in many hearts! xxx

So saddened to learn of your mothers passing. She was a lady of great warmth & great intelligence. I remember her door always being open to every animal & every person in need of a place to stay. She was a wonderful cook & even published a book devoted to beverage recipes. Many, were the ones the two of you loved when growing up. Your mother & I worked closely together as special education teachers & shared the same classroom at Southwest High School.
