Leola Bebee "Lee" Mitchem

I always check the Yuma obituaries when I am in the midwest for the summer. I teach at Yuma Catholic High School during the school year. I too am from Manistique, Michigan. Just wanted you to know I will remember Leola in prayer. We fellow up-ers need to stick together. Sr. Bernadone Fagan is working with me for the summer in our college computer room in Manitowoc, WI. Sr. Bernadone is also a Manistique native. Sympathy from her too.

To Lees Family, I was a, across the street, neighbor to Lee for many years. Lee was a good neighbor and a great resident of Wellton, I dont know how many cars Lee wore out helping people that needed a ride. Trips to doctors, shopping or just giving a little old person an opportunity to get out of their home for a few minutes Lee was always there.The photo of Lee in the yuma sun gives me a good reminder of the Lee i was proud to call a friend.
