Judy I am so sorry for your loss. What a beautiful tribute to your father. I remember when we were living on Garland Street and how your dad built so many of the homes there. I always thought your dad was really an innovative fellow. Thing I remember most is your house had an in-house vacuum system. I loved this guy. Became his friend when I cut hair at Havelock manor.. My son lives in a home that Leon Built. His memory will be shared through the memories shared in my sons home.

Leon and Sue were my neighbors 12 years ago and they were the MOST AWESOME PEOPLE I ever met!! It never failed me to open my front door and find a bunch of cucumbers!! Worked PERFECT for cucumber sweet onion salad for the Mission when I worked there!! He always had a story of his life and amired his fiddles!! You will be GREATLY MISSED in my heart!!

It´s a beautifully written story I didn´t know your father Judy, but I loved reading about him. Through it I can see the beginnings of your animated and artistic spirit you have my sincere condolences.

I did not have the opportunity to meet Mr. Hadley but it sounds like he was a very special man.
