Not sure what to say?

I had the honor and privilege of working with Jabbo for many years. I was one of many young CRNAs that he mentored over the course of his career. That was over twenty five years ago and to this day, I strive to be the professional that he was. Jabbo set the bar very high for his fellow CRNAs. He was smart, had a strong work ethic, dedicated to his profession and family, and was fun to be around. I had not seen Jabbo for a number of years but I can say this without hesitation: I am...

Shawn, So sorry that I was not aware of the death event of Jabbo. My wife, Becky, and I send our deepest sympathy and our prayers of hope and encouragement to you and your family.

I served with Jabbo on several AANA committees during the 1980's and never had more fun while we got so much work done! He was a true blue CRNA in every way. He spoke of his family often at the meetings with a big smile on his face. The entire anesthesia profession will miss him.

Sue, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your children. Jabbo and I were in the same rotation during nursing school and then both continued in anesthesia. Our paths continued to cross as I worked in Mobile and participated in AANA activities. I hope that your memories will all be good ones.

Sue, I was a nursing classmate of Jabbo and thought the very world of him. I am so sad to learn that he has passed on. The world is surely missing one fine man.

Jabbo, I will always remember you and your brother Tommy in your new Edsel! You will be missed.
Mr. & Mrs. Helton, Tommy, and Annette, my prayers are with you and your families as you celebrate Jabbo's life today. I am sorry for your loss.

John and I would like to express our sincere sympathy to Sue and the children. Our daughter Jennifer now lives in Daphne. I would like to make contact with you Sue when we are down there. Our home phone here in Birmingham is 205-823-4021. Vickie Sue Lamb Story
