I am so shock to see the obituary of Leon. My days go back with Leon from Einstein Hospital in knowing and meeting him through Dr Harold Schulman. Leon was a great Md was well liked by Harold Schulman. I am so glad to have known him and have known of his passion for Maternal Fetal Medicine. May he RIP. Regards to all his family for them to know he was respected in his field of medicine.

I had the pleasure of working with Leon in our roles as department chairs at CWRU and MetroHealth for nearly a decade. Leon was brilliant, insightful, discerning, generous, and kind. He also was an excellent mentor.
My condolences and prayers go out to Katherine and your family. He will be missed but not forgotten.
