Very sorry for your loss. Leon was one of my go to construction managers when I first came on board with Qwest back in 2000. Always willing to help and a great teammate for our Federal team, he will truly be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I worked with Leon at Qwest/Century Link since the early network days. Leon was a true joy to work with. Any time I had any questions about projects from years past, Leon would remember all the details and have the paperwork to show you. You could always count on him to have all the answers. He will truly be missed.
