Not sure what to say?

Dearest Tiffany,

My deepest sympathy for the loss of Leon. Leon was truly one of a kind. His light still shines!!

May the Lord give you and the family peace and comfort during this time.

Tiffany - I am so sorry to hear about your loss. You have been constantly in my thoughs and prayers.

I could always see that Leon was wonderful father. And, he was so kind to me. The first time I saw him wearing his BDU's, he talked to me about my son's interest in the military, and never forgot to ask about him again when I saw him.

You were one of the mom's I 'connected' with this year, and I want you to know I would love to be your friend and a shoulder to cry on. Please...

Carmella Walter and Family

Dear Tiffiny,

At Salems VBS tonight I was stunned to hear of Leon's passing. I would like to share a memory of Leon with you. One morning near the end of school, Mason wanted to know why Dereks daddy always wore the same clothes (his fatigues):). Leon held the door for us and I repeated Mason's question. We enjoyed a quick laugh at the thought that Dereks daddy only had that one outfit.

My heart goes out to you and your family. You and the children are in my thoughts and...

To Tiffany and Family,

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of loss. May God give you the strength and courage to make it form day to day, Leon will truly be missed.
Love Always~Jenna

Tiffany,

In the short time that I knew Leon, I must say that he was truly a devoted father and husband. I will miss him greatly. My prayers are with you and family. I know that the Lord will grant you strength to get through each day.

I Love you Tiffany.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Words from the Core Values: Integrety, Service, and Excellance, describe Leon. Family could be interchanged with Service. He was a nice guy and also a terrific basketball player (those who played with him know). He will be greatly missed by the Air Force, his family, and his friends. It was nice to have known and worked with him. My prayers go out to his family.
Peace and Prayer,
John Burkett
