Not sure what to say?

In loving memory of a special person, mentor, Aunt and friend. You will be missed so very much but know that you are still with each of us that loved you so dearly. Many, many fond memories, as well as much much love.
Your loving nephew,
Russ

As an early childhood teacher myself for nearly 30 years now, I often reflect on my own personal experiences in the early grades...I have wonderful memories of kindergarten with Mrs. Beeman...she surely unknowingly influenced my career path with her kind and gentle ways. Leona taught both of my boys in Munith, Mich & was loved by all the kids.

My family credits Leona a great deal for instilling a love of education in our three daughters. She was their kindergarten teacher and then principal of the school they attended until 6th grade. I also worked with her for several years as her secretary. She was a good friend.

My condolences to her family.

Dear Gordon & family - I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Whenever we were in Chelsea, I would stop and visit her. She will be greatly missed. She told me she was taking over as my mom after my mom passed on. Now 2 old friends are together again.
