I have not been by to see you folks the last few years like I had done before. It was a great joy going out with Leona and you when I did get to town. Mr. Frank, I don't know if you remember me, but I rented the house on Park Drive from you for several years. My family and I really enjoyed our time there and you and your wife as our landlords. I am sorry for your loss. I know she meant a great deal to you. you could always see it in your eyes when you were out and about with her. it appeared to everyone that to you she was always the most beautiful woman in the room.
