Not sure what to say?

Aunt Leona:

I'm writing to tell you that Mom passed away on December 28th. She'll be joining you in heaven very soon. I know she'll be happy to see you, because she hasn't been the same since you've been gone. She missed you so much. Take care of her, and show her the ropes....you're an old pro now.

Her funeral is January 4th, and we're working on making it a special event. We really weren't expecting this, so it's a little difficult right now. We still think of and speak...

Well....here we are....and you're celebrating another birthday in Heaven. It's still hard to believe. I'm not sure if you knew, but The King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley, died on your birthday. You probably knew that.

And, something funny happened yesterday. At the Wilson Bingo, a woman who knew the family, said I looked so much like Amelia. I said Rita maybe, but not Amelia. Just thought you'd enjoy a chuckle over that.

Still miss you bunches..........

xxxooo...

A year ago today, you left this earth to take up residence in heaven. We all miss you so much, and our hearts still ache for the loss. We pray you are at peace. You remain in our hearts always...........

xxxooo and Love,
Your niece, Marilyn

Mom happy 90th birthday. I never thought I would have to tell you this way. I love you and miss you terribly but I will not give you up. You are forever embedded in my heart and mind. You are such an important part of my life. This year you are celebrating your birthday in Heaven with God and Jesus and all your loved ones gone before you. You and Rich are together for your 90th! You are free to be with the angels. You always were an angel.
I love you,
Loraine

Aunt Leona:

For each of us, the journey of our life creates a tapestry. It is intricately woven by all that we do and all that we experience along the way. When I look at your tapestry, I see one that is rich and colorful and diverse....woven with all the joys and sorrows, the trials and triumphs and the years of service to others. I see strength, determination, poise, beauty, kindness, gentleness and love. You exuded characteristics of a by-gone era....a soft grace, an...

Light the world, light a heart or two
Light a candle for me......
I'll light a candle for you."

My Dear Sister Leona,
What happened...I don't understand. Let me know!!
Remember this: "Fat (me) and Skinny (you) had a race. Fat fell down and broke her face, and Skinny won the race." Miss You!! Love and Prayers, Rosie

The angels are always near to those who are grieving, to whisper to them that their loved ones are safe in the hand of God.

Carol Lee, Jimmy and Family. You were so blessed to be loved by a very special Mother. Our familes go back so many years and there are generations of friendships, and Lee always made us feel so welcome, part of the family. I will remember going to her house for dinners, where her and my Mom would be frying up sliced potatoes with fresh bread, we have such fun and everyone would come for "fried potatoes". Also, the fun times at Dawn's in her pool and parties. She was a fun loving,...
