I enjoyed getting to know Mr. Leonard during the time he spent in Knoxville. He loved his family so much, and he was a kind man.

My most heartfelt condolences on the loss of your Dad. He was my favorite teacher ever. I kept in touch with him over the years, even when I was in the Marine Corps stationed overseas. When he and your mom Vera attended Christian Life Center I would see them between services. I will always remember his kindness and friendly smile. RIP Mr Ashley. Gone but never forgotten. (I was one of his favs at PES.) Now Mr Ashley will be teeing up with the angels, maybe even God himself. My condolences to all his family and friends. Hope you enjoy your memories.

Aww Mr. Ashley my favorite teacher from planada Elementary he never forget who I was i would see him in the stores already and adult and he would always come up to me and say Hi how are you with a smile. My sincere condolences. Mr Ashley you we're one of a kind!
